Obtained from
MANUAL HARVEST
of the best grapes in our vineyard, treated respecting the nature according to biological farming methods and biodynamic approach.

According to the
TRADITION of REGGIO EMILIA,
the fermentation happens in a natural way, taking advantage of indigenous yeasts contained in the grapes, without undergo clarifications or filtrations.

Fundamental characteristics are
LOW SULPHITES CONTENT
and the sediment which is proof of the refermentation in the Ancestral Method.

Rosè sparkling dry

Al Cēr

INTENSE and BRILLANT PINK COLOUR with REDDISH REFLECTIONS and FINE BUBBLE..
At the nose it has delicate floral and cherry bouquet, constantly evolving thanks to the long aging of at least 20 months before dègorgement.
Its taste is FRESH, FRUITY and PERSISTENT,with an alcoholic and tannic note that dries and cleans the palate. The final is long and evolves into elegant bitter toasted notes of almond., grazie alla nota alcolica e al tannino.

Red sparkling dry

Al Scur

A wine with IMPENETRABLE PURPLISH RED COLOUR with GENEROUS FOAM.
At the nose there are floral and fruity notes of ripe cherry, that with the aging in the bottle evolve into spicy notes and deep aromas
At the palate it is direct with FRUITY NOTES of cherry, a decided tannin and a persistent long final.

Red sparkling extra-dry

L’Amabil

A RUBY RED wine and PERSISTENT FOAM.
An elegant nose with floral scents of pink and small red fruits.
Full in the mouth with a slightly sweet note contrasted by a bitter tone.
A dry ending with a soft tannin cleans out the mouth.

White macerated 2019

Al Biond

ntense YELLOWISH colour with ORANGY notes depending on the evolution in the bottle, FINE DELICATE but PERSISTENT BUBBLES.
At the nose a thin note of MALVASIA gets overwhelmed by stronger scents of the other grapes.
At the palate is DRY and FULL BODIED, with a delicate tannin and a slightly bitter finish that makes it very refreshing and stimulating.

Red sparkling dry

Caveriol Ros

The colour is red with garnet shades and abundant foam.
Interesting nose with light fruity notes surrounded by spicy aromas, laurel and leather among the others.
It is full bodied at the palate, thanks to the aging of at least 9 months on the lees, with scents of almond and cinchona, which evolve into a rich final portrayed by spicy and tannic fragrances that make it very pleasant.

Stropél Bianc

A STRAW YELLOW colour with INTENSE FOAM and a FINE and PERSISTENT BUBBLE.
At the nose the aromas of Malvasia and Moscato’s grapes prevail with floral and fruity notes like peaches and pears. Scents of acacia’s honey and citrus grapefruit that evolve in yeast notes.
At the palate it comes as dry and full bodied wine, with a beautiful freshness and a sapid note that invite to another sip. The final is very delicate yet persistent.

Classic method pas dosè rosè

Nina

INTENSE rosè color with GARNET reflections and FINE ELEGANT bubbles.
At the nose it has delicate floral and cherry bouquet, constantly evolving thanks to the long aging of at least 20 months before dègorgement.
At the palate it is fresh and fruity with persistent taste and a nice acidity, balanced by a light sugary note.
